What data do we collect?
PC Upgrade collects the following data:
Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, address.)
Comments, likes/shares on our business pages and on social media platforms.

You directly provide PC Upgrade with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards on social media or via email.

PC Upgrade collects your data so that we can:

The payment information you provided will be used by our payment service providers in order to complete your transaction. Any credit card details are securely stored with our Payment Service Provider (Stripe Inc/Paypal/Apple Pay) which are all PCI level 1 compliant. PCI level 1 is the top-tier security status in processing card payments.
How do we store your data?
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for up to one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
